The objective is to give an introduction to application of modern techniques for functional genome analysis. The students will practically learn to set up experiments for large scale genome analysis. Techniques for genomics, proteomics and metabolomics will be applied.

Prerequisites BSc degree in Biology with 90 ECTS in Biology including 15 ECTS Plant Molecular Biology and 7,5 ECTS Functional genomics theory, or the equivalent.
