REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration Fees include : Entry to all ScanBalt Campus – Final Event; conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch each day.  
In addition the Academia and Industry fee includes the Conference Dinner on May 15 (student registration does not include conference dinner).

Payment Information

Payments can be made:
• by bank transfer (invoice)
After receiving your registration a written confirmation including the payment details will be sent to you by the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you will be unable to attend, you can make substitutions at no extra charge. All the substitutions must be made in written to the Conference Secretariat prior the conference. Refunds are not possible.
